System Installer/Trainer
Position available in a family-oriented, thriving systems and software company. You'll be responsible for providing "on-site" system installation, and software training for new customers. The ideal candidate will have professional communication skills, basic computer setup and networking skills are a must. Prior pharmacy management system installation / training or point-of-sale system installation experience is a plus. Training will be provided on Computer-Rx specific software and training procedures. Position requires significant travel.

Help Desk Associate
Position available in a family-oriented, thriving systems and software company. We have a need for Help Desk Associates. You will provide first line software instructional help to a rapidly growing customer base and help client pharmacies solve patient insurance related problems. The ideal candidate will have professional communication skills and outstanding customer service skills. Prior help desk experience is a plus. Computer proficiency is necessary but tranining will be provided on Computer-Rx specific software.
